Collection: Daria Davydova
Daria Davydova is a San Francisco-based artist originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, whose ceramic work explores the human need for connection. With an MA in Japanese language and literature and time spent living in Japan, Daria’s art reflects a blend of cultural influences and a deep appreciation for ambiguity and emotion. Her handmade and hand-painted ceramic faces, which she calls “silent companions,” evoke thought and conversation through their abstract, interpretive expressions. Rooted in her family’s creative legacy, Daria views clay not just as a material but as a collaborator, creating unique pieces that connect the past, present, and the deeply personal.
