Harper Skirt - White Cotton Lace

The Harper Skirt by Australian Metta, features Victorian-style cotton lace detailing, an enclosed elasticated drawstring waist, and pockets. The Harper skirt is made from a light, soft and sheer cotton voile which feels beautiful on the skin. It is a lovely piece to layer over slips or under skirts and dresses.
The elastic waist is comfortable and fits a variety of sizes (please check the measurements against your own to ensure the right fit). It also features an enclosed drawstring that offers extra styling options. Also Available in Navy.
