Marcel Smock - Black Linen

The Marcel smock is inspired by Linen Biauds, originating in the 19th to early 20th century in France, worn as protection from dirt and dust when doing work outdoors or painting. Staying true to its origins the Marcel is made using European linen and can be worn as a dress or a protective garment for artists. Featuring a gathered neckline, relaxed silhouette with a drop-full sleeve, partial button front and handy internal side pockets. The sleeves are finished with a beautiful lightly gathered buttoned cuff that can be undone and rolled up. Perfect to wear when you want protection over your outfit or can be worn as a dress on its. Layer with the Ulla Skirt for a longer maxi length.
