Unisecon is a New York-based brand founded by designers Shuyi Jiang and Bingjin Zhu. Combining meticulous craftsmanship with culturally infused design, the brand preserves cherished traditions while embracing modern innovation. Inspired by the traditional "Bai Jia Yi," an ancient practice of stitching fabric scraps into a newborn’s vest to gather luck and health, Unisecon reimagines this heritage through a contemporary lens. With backgrounds at Boris Bijan Saberi and The Row, the designers collaborate with local craftsmen and independent ateliers across China, ensuring each piece is thoughtfully and sustainably crafted.
